Postage Costs
We post via Australia post express post and regular airpost to New Zealand
Due to issue with delayed postal service, we now offer a flat rate $5.00 Expresss Post (1-3 business days). And $6.00 regular post to New Zealand.
If you have any problems with the postage rates at check out, please contact us.
We will post the same day as long as order is received by 3pm, otherwise the next day.
Returns
We strive to make our customers happy!. If your item (purchased from our website) turns out to be the wrong size we will exchange for an other item or issue a credit for a later purchase. We will issue a FULL refund (including cost of postage) if the item is faulty or replace the item with no additional p&h charge. Items returned for a refund that are NOT faulty will be refund full price of item, LESS any FREE postage charges (that may have been offered) and will need to be returned at customers cost (a Babywarma will fit a large envelope with $4 stamp.) Otherwise we are happy to issue a credit note.
Please follow the returns procedure guidelines illustrated as follows; we will endevour to make the exchange process as easy as possible.
We require notification for exchange or refund within 12 working days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement.
- No item will be accepted without contacting us first. Please e-mail sales@konfidence.com.au .Please state why you want to return/exchange the goods.
- Send the item back to us, prefereably using a recorded delivery method. We will take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- We will exchange/refund accordingly.
All goods for exchange must be returned in a re-saleable condition, along with all lables, hang tags and all original packaging. Please also include your receipt of payment, your contact details and returns number.
In terms of faulty or unwanted goods returned for a refund , on receipt of the goods Konfidence will refund your credit card within 30 days.
For all goods that are returned for exchange, please specify the product, size and colour that you require. If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&h charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will e-mail you with confirmation of agreement for exchange and notify you then if there will be an additional charge.
We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
