Postage Costs Small items such as Aquabands, Swim Nappies and Aqua Nappies are Registered Post at a flat rate of $2.50 (up to 8 business days depending on your location). If you need express on these, please choose EXPRESS. (New Zealand $3.50 for up to 2 swim nappies or aquabands/paddlers. Delivery time up to 8 business days.). If your order hasnt arrived within the above time frames, please contact us ASAP and we will track your order. If you have any problems with the postage rates at check out, please contact us. WE WILL SEND ORDER BEFORE OR BY 5PM FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. PLEASE CHOOSE EXPRESS POST IF ORDER IS REQUIRED URGENTLY. Please follow the returns procedure guidelines illustrated as follows; we will endevour to make the exchange process as easy as possible. We require notification for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your goods. We will only exchange/refund goods upon prior notification and agreement. 1. Please state why you want to return/exchange the goods. 2. Send the item back to us, prefereably using a recorded delivery method. We will take no responsibility for goods lost in transit. 3. We will exchange/refund accordingly. All goods for exchange must be returned in a re-saleable condition, along with all lables, hang tags and all original packaging. Please also include your receipt of payment, your contact details and returns number. In terms of faulty or unwanted goods returned for a refund , on receipt of the goods Konfidence will refund your credit card within 30 days. For all goods that are returned for exchange, please specify the product, size and colour that you require. If the goods for exchange are not faulty then an additional p&h charge may be applicable, this will generally depend upon the size and weight of the item. We will e-mail you with confirmation of agreement for exchange and notify you then if there will be an additional charge. We will not accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
